At NAXAYA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund and return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be included.
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Earrings and certain jewellery items for hygiene reasons
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • Wrong product
  • Missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Packaging images

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers may request exchange for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect item received

NAXAYA reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after inspection.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
